They Advise the following dates as their Christmas cut off

Send Express Post by Saturday 19 Dec 2020
Europe Cut off 16th November 2020
Sending earlier then these dates is always recommend due to many slow postage reports currently

Shorties Leichhardt is open 7 days per week, you can also order online and pick up in-store at Leichhardt.
All online orders will continue to be delivered by Australian Post.
Please add in notes any online orders you would like wrapped and any messages to go on cards, (this is a free service to help you out)

This is information for online orders only.
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds are not available on orders made via Afterpay
We may however offer exchange & store credit depending on the situation.

All gift vouchers posted free (press pick up in store Leichhardt option to avoid postage cost, and add to notes the postage address you would like)

(excludes Shipping Bulky and Heavy Items, Express sShipping, Registered Post, International and WA)
Flat Rate Standard Postage within Australia
We Ship using Australian Post
- Standard flat-rate shipping is $7.95*
- Registered standard shipping is $12.95*
- Express, registered shipping is $15.95*
- Heavy or large and Bulky items min $20*
- Option of postage emailed to customer for all postage in excess of these above quotes
We also offer free in-store pickup, just choose this option at checkout. Pick up must be within 7 days of purchase.
*Western Australia incurs a $5 surcharge on Standard Shipping and $10 surcharge on Registered, Express. Heavy/Bulky items cost $50 to send to WA.
Please note, bulky or very heavy items will incur higher postage costs and we may contact you regarding extra postage costs associated with your order. You will be given the option to cancel your order at any time if the extra costs do not suit you.
Your order will be shipped in approximately 1-4 working days on receipt of payment. We process orders Monday through to Friday, so please consider this when ordering under time constraints.
Shorties is not liable for posted packages that have gone missing during transit.
To ensure your parcel gets to you, always enter the safest address for delivery.
We will email you confirmation at the time of dispatch, and provide you with the package tracking number.
Please email the store if you have a specific postage request or query.
We do not currently offer an international shipping option online for all countries, however we are happy to organise International shipping on a case by case basis. Please phone or email the store if you wish to discuss overseas delivery.
We now post to New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany and Belgium.

All items more than 1kg will be assessed by staff for correct postage.

- 500g - 1kg - AU$29
United States Shipping Rates:
Air Mail international
$35 flat rate 0kg-1kg
Heavier items will be assessed, you will be contacted by a staff member with appropriate postage

You can return merchandise to the Shorties stores within 14 days of purchase. Just bring in or post your receipt or proof of purchase, and merchandise for an exchange or Store Credit.
We are happy to exchange but no refunds will be issued unless the item is faulty. We do not exchange or accept returns of 'sale' items. All 'sale' purchases are final.
Please email your intention to return an item to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your goods. Returns or exchanges made without prior notification by email may not be processed.
Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
Enclose your merchandise in a box or appropriate packaging within 14 days from receiving of the goods, and mail to:

Customers will be responsible for all postage and handling charges. We strongly suggest using a trackable Australia Post satchel, as we can not take responsibility for returned goods lost in transit.
In the case of an exchange, please include a self addressed post satchel to avoid incurring the cost of re-delivery. This ensures we can promptly post your chosen replacement item.
Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Postage costs are not refundable.
