This dragon cape is composed of glossy spandex and features felt-based spikes that stand on their own. The cape is made of a rich fabric with a scale dragon skin texture and is completely lined with a silky smooth lining. The Velcro closure at the collar makes this cloak simple to put on and take off.

Machine Wash-cold gentle cycle, no bleach, drip dry, iron on low heat.
